Enter the Forest of Doriath" - Tolkien Fanart 2019/2020 -

September 2019 I started to capture my own idea of Tolkien's elven kingdom "Doriath" in a picture. "Jaquar", my beloved PnP character from our Beleriand group back then, should stand on a hill, lost in thought, and look at the great forest.
The work on it started very smoothly .... but then it grew and grew.... and I was only able to continue working on it occasionally. More than 100 working hours and more than a year later, however (after I had frequently shown insights in the form of WIPs) it was finally finished.
The lot of work and love that I put into the picture ultimately led me to run the presentation a little differently than usual ... so it became my third, animated illustration. This time in the form of a whole video.
